New stucco and restucco for Van Nuys homes. All finish types. Built to last in San Fernando Valley heat.
Stucco is the most popular exterior finish in Van Nuys and the San Fernando Valley. It is fire-resistant, durable, and lasts 50-80 years in the Valley's dry climate. Whether you need stucco for new construction or want to restucco an existing home, we handle the complete process from lath to finish.
We install three-coat stucco (scratch, brown, finish) for maximum durability. All work meets California Building Code requirements and Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety standards.
New stucco installation is for new construction or homes with no existing stucco. We install weather-resistant barrier, metal lath, scratch coat, brown coat, and finish coat. The total thickness is 7/8 inch for three-coat stucco.
Restucco is for homes with damaged, delaminated, or outdated stucco. We remove the old stucco, inspect and repair the substrate, install new lath if needed, and apply fresh three-coat stucco. Restucco costs $5 to $10 per square foot.
